STEP 2. Scroll down & choose session.
STEP 3. Enter your details in the box
STEP 4 Click "Reserve My Spot" & you are done!
You will get an email confirmation. Keep that handy. Each session needs to be booked separately.
Your preferred class doesn't have space ? Don't worry, you can WAITLIST yourself. As soon as someone cancels, you will get an email.
Something came up & wish to CANCEL? Happens to all of us. You can directly cancel using link in the email confirmation . No Shows get charged for the session, so its best to cancel if you can't make it.

All our workouts are full body with gentle focus on certain muscles every week to help you understand your body better. The strengths, weaknesses and alignment issues around those muscles.
